These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application "Wolf Game: Werewolf & Word Wolf" (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope

These Terms apply to all use of the App. Where the App Store / Google Play terms also apply, please comply with those as well.

2. Fees and In-App Purchases

• The App is free to use at its core.
• Some features and roles are unlocked via a one-time in-app purchase (Premium).
• Payment and refunds follow the rules and procedures of the Apple App Store / Google Play. The provider does not obtain or retain payment information processed through the stores.
• Prices may change without notice.

3. Advertising

• The free version may display ads (e.g., Google AdMob).
• Purchasing Premium removes ads.
• See the Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled.

4. Prohibited Conduct

When using the App, you must not:

• Act in violation of laws or public order and morals.
• Reverse-engineer, tamper with, or use the App by fraudulent means.
• Infringe the rights of the provider or any third party.

5. Disclaimer

• The App is provided "as is" without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or freedom from defects.
• To the extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.
• Player names, icons, and similar data are stored only on your device. The provider is not responsible for data loss due to device failure, loss, app deletion, or similar.

6. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights in the App and its content (role artwork, text, design, etc.) belong to the provider or the rightful owners.

7. Changes to These Terms

The provider may revise these Terms as needed. Significant changes will be announced within the App or on the store listing page.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the provider's location.
